There is a close relationship between gaining peace of mind and spiritual growth. If you have a mental illness and are struggling with faith issues, it often helps to talk with others who are experiencing similar challenges. The aim of this group is to help people move along their spiritual journeys. It is important for group members to show respect for one another, and for different points of view, so that each person feels safe enough to speak. Participants are encouraged to bring topics to the group for discussion. These suggestions may be in advance or at the beginning of the group. The facilitators are on hand to support and guide the participants, but the participants themselves determine the topics that are discussed. There is no charge for joining this group.
